Geared type:
can be coupled with various types of gears (helical gear, worm gear, ect) for any lower speed range.

A. Adjustable speed drive by means of DC motors provides the following automatic controls

Individual operation... speed adjustment by a DC motor.
Parallel operation... two or more DC motors on a command signal.
Proportional operation... two or more DC motors keep the constant speed ratio among several operations.
Continuous operation... control the speed of main machine, by which the auxiliary machines get the similar speed.
Torque control... for constant tension control.
Displacement control... transform mechanical displacement to electrical signal, and thus keep speed in a constant value.
